Modern Combatives: Learn proven techniques specifically designed for use when encountering threats in the real world. This well-rounded system uses a standard 'vocabulary' of gross motor skills coupled with several different techniques and weapons to effectively manage close quarters engagements, armed attackers, multiple attackers, and the all too common fight on the ground. This curriculum is appropriate for students having backgrounds ranging from Law Enforcement to individuals without any prior experience. This informal class is taught without any traditional Martial Arts protocol. Adults ages 18 and up.
